The Rim Rock Restaurant in Torrey, Utah (at the entrance to Capitol Reef National Park) gets its name from the fabulous red rock cliff on which it sits.  Serving traditional western "comfort foods"– steak, pot roast, trout, chicken, meatloaf, stuffing, stews and potatoes–the restaurant also caters to vegetarians.  Ten huge windows frame breathtaking views of Capitol Reef National Park, Boulder Mountain and Thousand Lake Mountain. The restaurant has vaulted beam ceilings, two stone fireplaces, and is furnished in an eclectic yet traditional western arts and crafts style.


The Rim Rock is open seven days
a week. Reservations are
suggested, but not required.

Dinner served every night
from 5 to 10 P.M..
